TERMS OF SERVICE
FOR
ART COMMISSIONS

Upon approval of a sketch, a date will be agreed upon by both parties for payment.
After the invoice has been received by the commissioner, they
will have 7 days to pay it, either in half or in full. (If paid in half, full payment will be required upon completion of commission.)
● Payments will be done via Gcash or Paypal unless we mutually agree upon another method.
I have the final say in where I will receive payment.
● Major changes will come with an extra charge. (i.e. outfit changes,
background changes, or anything that requires me to redraw it completely.)
● Once the Art Commission is Fully Paid:
I will send the commissioned artwork through google drive with the email: [email protected]
● The commissioner may re-upload the image so long as credit is given to myself by providing a link to my Twitter: https://twitter.com/mkaydotuwu
● Unless a commercial rights fee was paid or prior consent is given by me, commissions and artwork are only approved for personal non-commercial
use.
Unauthorized use of my work is considered copyright infringement.
● I will not accept commissions for artwork on the following: Mecha, Furries, or NSFW. In addition, references must be clear and easy to understand.
● I will get the rights to use the commissioned art for portfolio purposes.
● I reserve the right to cancel or refund the commission at any time. Once a payment is received, it is final and cancellations will not be accepted UNLESS a payment has yet to be made.
After money has been received:
● I retain the sole right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
● You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any
circumstance.
● If no money has been sent, you have the right to cancel a commission; all
sales are final.
If you file a chargeback, you forfeit your right to any artwork I have made for you.
In addition you will:
● Also be blacklisted from ever commissioning me, Mkaydotuwu, ever again.
● Have your name publicly posted wherever I choose to warn other artists.
● Have complaints filed against you as I have a right to the money for
services rendered as outlined above.
By reading these Terms of Service, you understand and agree to abide by all of
the points outlined above. You also agree that failure to adhere to any of these
points may impact your commission and your ability to commission me in the
future. You also acknowledge that the Terms of Service are subject to change as I see fit.

Conduct:

I request that any communication with me regarding your commission be done in
a clear and respectful manner, by commissioning me you understand that:
● Art is not my full time job and I have many real life obligations that I must
attend to. I will work on your piece when I have the time to do so.
● You will NOT in any way, shape, or form try to rush the process or get
someone else to ask me about or address YOUR art commission. This
transaction is between the artist and the commissioner ONLY. If you have
questions, ask me directly.
● In addition, please do not inquire about the status of other commissions I
am working on before yours. The only person who needs to know the
status of the commission is the commissioner themselves.
● If I have any questions regarding the work in progress, I will show you
where we are at in the commission. I expect that dialogue will be civil and
questions or concerns to be addressed clearly if any arise.
● Please Refrain from Doxxing or leaking any Personal Information.
DOXXING = IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST.
● You acknowledge that you understand the above. If you fail to maintain
proper conduct, I have the right to cancel the commission, refund you, and
blacklist you.The following is copyright infringement:
● Reproducing or using copyrighted artwork commercially (i.e. using the
artwork in any way for monetary gain in merch shops or live streaming
subscriptions).
● Claiming the artwork as your own.
● Removing any watermarks or signatures.
● Altering the artwork without my consent.
